The project is located in a privileged area on the outskirts of Geroskipou and Paphos, just north of the old Geroskipou army campus and south of the Paphos–Limassol highway. It offers proximity to all amenities of Geroskipou center, such as schools and banks, while being situated in a quiet environment on the town's outskirts.
