My roommate is leaving Cyprus, so her room is available from August-September 2025 until June 2026. The apartment is located at Eden Beach apartment and is fully equipped.
Preferably, I would like the next FEMALE roommate to move in in September, but it is arrangeable as the room is free from the first of July.
The utilities are not included in the rent price. For internet, we have paid €15.14 this month, and for electricity, we have not received the bill yet.
